How much you want to loose or just want to feel fit?

If you want to loose a mere 5 lbs. or 50 lbs., it’s all up to you. You have the power to achieve your weight goal. Feeling healthy should be our goal (and not concentrate so much on the weight). Yes we all crave to have that beautiful sculptured body with no flaws; but we are not in competition to achieve the perfect body. We want to achieve strength, good health and good eating habits.

Getting Started

Buy a mirror (Reflection of oneself - seeing your flaws or viewing the parts of the body you want to concentrate on. A mirror is a constant reminder of what needs to be adjusted or toned to your preference. Without a vision of "reminder" - we are apt to forget what we need to tune. An artist would find it extremely difficult to correct a painting without seeing his canvas. Same applies to the "mirror". IT CAN WORK MIRACLES FOR YOU

First Step

Decide where you want to work out. You can either join a gym facility or create your own atmosphere at home. Set a time schedule that adjusts to your lifestyle. Set that special time (20 - 40 minutes) for "exercise" at least 3 times a week. The minimum time for effective exercise is 20 minutes.

Exercise Equipment: Use the exercise equipment of your personal choice. i.e., treadmill, lifecycle, Stairmaster, Torso Track, step aerobic, etc.

Recommend Music: Listen to favorite tunes/artists - music is great for motivation, Igniting or starting you up- excellent energizing source.

Choose the Exercise you Love: Weather it be biking, walking, running, skating, jogging, aerobic work out or dancercise to your favorite music, exercise will be something you look forward to.

Eat Everything
(key - moderation)

Don’t deprive yourself skipping meals, or eating low fat (no-taste) foods filled with preservatives and artificial chemicals. This is very unhealthy for you. Yes, eat all the food you crave but in moderation. For example, if you have already eaten bread for breakfast or lunch, exclude bread for dinner. Allow yourself to indulge in all the foods you love without overeating in large amounts. Indulge in many delicious prepared vegetables and discover the many Italian dishes prepared with fish. All meats when consumed in moderate amounts are also very healthy for you. Eat a little bit of everything giving your body a perfect nutritional balance it needs.

Treat Yourself

Yes, indulge in that chocolate layered cake or favorite ice cream you desire. You are now on your way to prepare your body by burning fat 3 times a week to earn that special treat.

Checking Results

Don’t be so anxious to check results so quickly. Give your body time (at least 2 months) to actually see a big difference in how you feel, how you look and how much stronger you are. Your energy level will be tremendously increased, you will feel alive, it will reduce stress, and make you look and feel younger

Feeling Healthier: The set goal in mind is to feel and be healthy.

Treat Your Body - Exercise and Eat Good!
