Easton resident Eleanora Scarpetta will demonstrate another Italian classic on "Martha Stewart Living today at 9 a.m., Channel 2. The a recipe for the day will be "Rigatoni with Sausage and Broccoli Rabe", a peasant- style dish using on-hand ingredients for a pure Italian flavor.
Also, Eleanora said she will have a website up and running as of March 1, making her Italian recipes available and to everyone.
Her cookbook is still in its planning stages, she anticipates it to be published in early 2001.

People on the Move

Easton resident Eleanora Scarpetta finished filming another segment on Martha Stewart Living demonstrating a traditional Italian specialty called "Pizza Rustica , that is traditionally made for the Easter celebration. The program will air Monday, April 17.

"Handed down by my ancestors, this delicious pie with superb ingredients like assorted cheese and tasty meats like dry sweet sausage and prosciutto stands alone as a real specialty, she said.

Scarpetta received an offer to do her own show in addition to cooking with Martha.

The website www.eleanoraskitchen.com will have recipes she demonstrates on Martha Stewart Living in addition to some new recipes.
