CANNING TOMATOES

New Jersey Roma plum tomatoes are ideal for canning. They    should be very red, meaty, seedless, long and show no yellow discoloration. You will find that buying the tomatoes in 35lb. boxes will assure you that the weight will not damage the underlying tomatoes
